Your Role
We are looking for an immediate, remote Support Consultant with expertise in SAP EWM, SAP TM, or both. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for maintaining and optimizing these critical logistics modules within the SAP S/4HANA environment.
Whether you are a specialist in one area or a generalist in both, your goal is to ensure smooth business operations by resolving tickets, troubleshooting processes, and maintaining system health.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for SAP EWM and/or SAP TM within an S/4HANA environment.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests (Level 2/3 support).
- Monitor and optimize existing warehouse or transportation processes.
- Collaborate with business users to identify pain points and provide pragmatic solutions.
- Ensure seamless data flow and integration between logistics modules and the wider S/4HANA landscape.
