- ERP systems from Order to Invoice
- Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills
- Engage and interact with business users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Engage with users to test vendor solutions, patches and reports
- Make recommendations of perceived solutions to potential problem areas and methods for improvement
