Role Summary
- The Data Migration Lead is responsible for leading end-to-end data migration activities for SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, M&A, Org split etc. This role oversees data object scoping, ETL development using SAP BODS, data quality assurance, and migration execution, ensuring alignment with enterprise data governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute data migration strategy, scope, and methodology
- Lead data object identification, scoping, and mapping workshops with business stakeholders
- Oversee ETL development and execution using SAP BODS (extraction, transformation, and loading)
- Data Validation files preparation
- Ensure data quality through profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation processes
