Key Responsibilities:
Work on SAP CS implementations, enhancements & support
Manage service orders, notifications, warranties, contracts & installed base
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into SAP solutions
Support integration with SD, MM & PM modules
Enable reporting & service analytics
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure smooth operations
Participate in full project lifecycle: testing → deployment
Conduct user training and maintain documentation
