SAP Consultant (with German) (Cataluña)

Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with strong knowledge and experience in the SAP HCM module, including technical design, implementation, and management of change requests in SAP HCM with a focus on German payroll.

The role requires close collaboration with key users and business departments for consulting, evaluating business requirements and test support.

Key Responsibilities

• In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules PA/OM, PY, and/or PT.
• Analysis, optimization, and digitalization of HR processes.
• Processing of support tickets (2nd/3rd level) in payroll and international mini master data.
• Participation in HR IT projects, with the option to take on sub-project management.
• Support further development of SAP HCM system landscape, including interfaces.
