Found Description
We are seeking a Senior Consultant with strong knowledge and experience in the SAP HCM module, with in-depth knowledge of modules such as PA/OM, PY, and/or PT.
Technical design, implementation, and management of change requests in SAP HCM, with a focus on German payroll.
Close collaboration with key users and business departments: consulting, including evaluation of business requirements and test support.
Analysis, optimization, and digitalization of HR processes.
Processing of support tickets (2nd/3rd level) in the areas of payroll and international mini master data.
Participation in HR IT projects, with the option to take on sub-project management.
Support in further developing our SAP HCM system landscape, including interfaces.
In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules PA/OM, PY, and/or PT
~ Fluent in German and English is a must!
