L1/L2 Job Description and Daily Support L1/L2 Job Summary : The SAP L1/L2 Support Engineer is responsible for providing first-line technical support for SAP systems. This role involves monitoring system health, troubleshooting basic issues, and escalating complex problems to higher-level support teams.
