What you'll do: You will be the main point of contact for SAP's private cloud customers, handling RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition, SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC), and Cloud Application Services (CAS). You will align with customers, plan, and steer engagements, serving as the customer’s ambassador in the Enterprise Cloud Services organization and driving business growth in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Engagement Management: Plan and review services in accordance with customer requirements, managing stakeholders.
• Delivery Management: Oversee day‑to‑day operations, support projects, and de‑escalate critical engagements.
