SAP Client Delivery Manager (Toronto)

Overview

Client Delivery Manager (CDM) for MEE. You will be the main point of contact for SAP's private cloud customers, including RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition, SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC), and Cloud Application Services (CAS). You will align with customers, plan and steer engagements, and act as the customer’s ambassador within the Enterprise Cloud Services organization to drive business in a dynamic environment.

Your main goals are customer satisfaction and commercial success while driving end-to-end customer engagement through onboarding, run, and renewal phases.

Responsibilities

• Engagement Management: Plan and review services in accordance with the customer’s requirements; manage stakeholders.
• Delivery Management: Day-to-day operations; support of projects; de-escalate critical engagements as needed.
• Account Management: Commercial account management and increase of customer satisfaction.
