SAP Client Delivery Manager (Nanaimo)

Overview

Client Delivery Manager (CDM) MEE You will be the main point of contact for SAP's private cloud customers, including offerings RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition, SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC) and Cloud Application Services (CAS). You will align with customers on a regular basis, plan and steer the engagement, and act as the customer’s ambassador in the Enterprise Cloud Services organization to drive business in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment. The role aims for customer satisfaction and commercial success while managing end-to-end customer engagement through onboarding, run and renewal phases. Responsibilities
