We are currently seeking a SAP BW Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Provide support for SAP BW including Data Extraction, ETL processes, Process Chains, InfoProviders, Queries, BEx, data loads, reporting issues, and performance optimization. Support integration with ECC modules.
Provide L1.5/ L2/L3 production support for SAP ECC applications.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within SLA.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
Handle Service Requests and standard changes.
Deliver minor enhancements and configuration updates.
Support deployment activities and transport management.
Coordinate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams.
Prepare functional/technical documentation and knowledge articles.
Participate in on-call support during business-critical periods.
