7 years of hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS). Proven experience in at least one end-to-end/full lifecycle data migration implementation . Strong expertise in ETL development, data integration, data migration, and data quality processes. Experience with SAP and non-SAP source/target systems. Ability to design, develop, test, and deploy BODS jobs and workflows. Strong SQL and database skills Experience with data mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and validation activities. Excellent troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Must be available to work in a nearshore delivery model and collaborate with client teams.
