Responsibilities:
System Support & Issue Resolution
Serve as the primary technical resource for SAP ECC system issues, ensuring timely diagnosis and resolution of incidents, defects, and service requestsInvestigate and resolve production issues related to ABAP programs, batch jobs, interfaces, and system performancePerform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurrenceMonitor and maintain system health, proactively identifying risks before they escalate into outagesSupport system migrations and environment transitions, including:Linux to Unix platform changesOracle to SQL Server database migrationsCollaborate with Basis and infrastructure teams during environment changes, patches, and upgradesABAP Development & Maintenance
