SANITATION TECHNICIAN - Afternoons

Type of Employment: Full-Time, permanent, 6-days a week; and some additional hours, which may include Sundays, depending on workload and priorities.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Ensure that all areas, including offices and restrooms, are up to cleaning standards
• Clean and sanitize all production equipment
• Responsible for ensuring food contact surfaces are sanitary
• Make sure Sanitation is carried out as per the SSOPs and Master Sanitation Schedule
• Complete checklists associated with sanitation procedures
• Work with Chemicals in a responsible manner and in association with the specific Food Safety and Chemical Handling training provided
• Maintain the highest possible level of personal hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with GMP policies
