Sanitary Design Lead for Engineering Reviews

SMDC is looking for an Engineering Design Assistant Manager to oversee design reviews in Sanitary Works, ensuring compliance with SMDC’s standards and regulations. Responsibilities include collaborating with external consultants, monitoring deliverables, and conducting MEPF Audits across properties.

The ideal candidate must possess a relevant degree, a PRC license, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong leadership and communication skills, along with proficiency in MS Project and other tools, are essential for success in this position.
