West . Receive and process sample requests and production orders

. Coordinate with internal stakeholders on sample production requirements

. Handle compounding, sampling and packing of fragrance samples

. Manage inventory, stock movements and housekeeping activities

. Maintain inventory accuracy in SAP and support inventory management processes

. Monitor production timelines and ensure samples are completed within deadlines

. Prepare inventory reports and production documentation

. Guide and mentor interns and new production technicians

. Support production planning and operational activities within the laboratory
