- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Salesforce Testing, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations
- Strong experience in Manual Testing, Test Planning, Test Case Design, Defect Management, and Test Execution
- Experience leading testing teams and managing end-to-end QA activities, UAT support, and release validation
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing tools, defect tracking, and test management methodologies
