A Salesforce Technical Specialist will focus on hands-on technical customizations, coding, and optimizations in our Salesforce environment. This role involves development work with Apex programming, SOQL queries, system integrations, and automation to support business needs in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related modules. You will contribute to key business processes, deliver on assigned Jira-style work tickets, and collaborate closely with our current Salesforce Technical Specialist (Caleb) and the administrative team. The ideal candidate will complement existing team strengths while supporting mutual growth, knowledge sharing, and professional development.
