Role Summary
Responsible for managing L2 & L3 support for Salesforce applications, including production support, bug fixes, code-level troubleshooting, minor enhancements, and system stability.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 & L3 support for Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
Handle production incidents, defects, and user issues
Perform code-level troubleshooting (Apex, Triggers, Flows, Lightning Components)
Fix bugs, data issues, and system errors
Implement minor enhancements and change requests
Support deployments, hotfixes, and releases
Monitor system performance and ensure availability
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and prevent recurring issues
Manage tickets via ServiceNow/JIRA and ensure SLA adherence
