This Mid-Senior level position is designed for a professional who can effectively balance application support, core platform administration, and development responsibilities. Responsibilities Provide L1/L2 production support for Salesforce users and business stakeholders. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and application issues within defined SLAs.
