Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of the Salesforce Health Cloud platform for patient services.
Define architectures for large-scale Patient Support Programs, including journeys, case management, and engagement workflows.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture strategy and governance standards.
Translate business and technical requirements into robust architectural blueprints.
