Roles & Responsibilities Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field with at least 10 years of experience in solution architecture, design, and implementation.
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or similar role in telecommunications or related industry, with a strong focus on enterprise systems such as CRM, Billing, and Customer Experience platforms.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce and Cloudsense platforms, including configuration, integration, and customization.
- Strong knowledge of Billing and Rating systems, with experience in implementation and integration with CRM platforms.
