• Implement and configure Salesforce Shield (Event Monitoring, Field Audit Trail, Platform Encryption).
• Assess the current Salesforce environment and design secure Shield configurations.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams on policies, encryption strategies, and audit requirements.
• Integrate Shield with existing Salesforce processes and third-party apps.
• Create documentation and provide training to internal teams.
• Troubleshoot Shield-related issues and recommend ongoing security improvements.
• Support additional Salesforce initiatives as needed.
