Project Planning & Scheduling Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure smooth execution and delivery of software projects. Risk Identification & Mitigation Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines and deliverables. Agile Methodology Implementation Lead Agile practices across the offshore team.
