Salesforce Platform Administrator

Finning Canada is looking for a Salesforce Platform Administrator to support and enhance our Salesforce environment within a Tier 3/4 support model. The role focuses on automation, problem solving, and light development. You will build scalable solutions, resolve production issues, and apply targeted Apex/LWC enhancements when declarative tools are insufficient. You will keep the platform stable, improve processes, and drive smarter, AI‑enabled support operations. What You’ll Do:

Platform Administration & Configuration

Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security models Configure and maintain custom objects, validation rules, approvals, and Lightning pages Build and optimize advanced Flows and automation frameworks

Automation & Light Development

Design scalable solutions using Flow and platform tools Build and maintain lightweight Apex (classes, triggers, test classes) and SOQL Support basic Lightning Web Components (LWC) where needed...
