Role Overview
The Demand ware OMS/OCI Developer will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining Order Management and Order Center Integrations within the Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demand ware) ecosystem. The role involves implementing order workflows, integrating external systems, and ensuring seamless end‑to‑end order lifecycle execution.
Responsibilities
- Perform configuration, customization, and extension of Demand ware OMS/OCI modules, including order routing, fulfillment logic, and post‑purchase workflows.
- Must have strong knowledge of API integrations (standard and custom), including OMS SFCC storefront, ERP, WMS, and payment systems.
- Must have strong knowledge of implementing backend services, job scripts, and integration frameworks supporting order creation, updates, cancellations, and returns.
