Responsibilities
- Support the commercial and functional teams on assigned accounts requiring technical knowledge (solution design, estimation, and assumptions).
- Assist the PM/DM in providing technical leadership, delivering in-depth platform knowledge, and identifying the best solutions to meet project requirements.
- Detect and report risks related to technical management and project profitability.
- Ensure smooth project progress regarding scope, timeline, and costs, anticipating any deviations and alerting the PM/DM.
- Ensure the achievement of the project’s technical objectives and compliance with agreed software quality standards.
