Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive loyalty programs, including multi-tier memberships, earning and redemption rules, point expiration, promotions, and partner programs for complex business requirements.
  • Develop and configure robust solutions using Salesforce Loyalty Management Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud to support omni-channel engagement and event-driven architectures for loyalty rewards and redemptions.
  • Architect and implement real-time integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce Platform Events to connect with external systems such as POS, payment gateways, CRM, and partner portals.
  • Build and customize loyalty features using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, Flows, and OmniStudio to meet specific business needs and handle high-volume loyalty data.
