- Deep expertise with Salesforce, including Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and the FSC data model
- Proven experience delivering enterprise‑scale Salesforce solutions in highly regulated environments
- Solid ability to lead business discovery, requirements gathering, and refinement with Product Owners and senior stakeholders
- Hands‑on experience translating business needs into Salesforce OOTB solutions, with sound judgment on customization
- Strong experience creating epics and user stories using Jira, supported by clear functional documentation in Confluence
