Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, customise, and optimise Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs
- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions alongside stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Apply Salesforce best practices across configuration, customisation, automation, and system design
- Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimisation to ensure high-quality delivery
- Contribute to technical documentation and continuous system improvement initiatives
- For Mid-Level and Senior Developers: take ownership of complex solutions and support technical mentorship within the team
- For Senior Developers: provide technical leadership, guide architecture decisions, and mentor junior team members
