About this Role
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will collaborate with stakeholders to refine and prioritize requirements, drive process improvements and automations, maintain core applications (Salesforce, Zuora, CPQ, Marketo, DocuSign), and support global users.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Product‑Management liaison, collaborating with stakeholders to conceptualize and prioritize requirements.
- Drive strategic process improvements and automations, including the use of AI tools to accelerate Salesforce development.
- Maintain and continuously improve the Lead‑to‑Order process and core enterprise applications.
