- Strong hands-on experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex solutions
- Proficiency with Salesforce Flow, permissions, sharing models, and managed package constraints
- Experience designing and developing complex UI workflows and persona-based user experiences
- Hands-on experience with Certinia PSA
- Experience extending existing Salesforce and Certinia data models with minimal disruption
- Good understanding of integrations, data mapping, and system touchpoints
- Experience working within enterprise environments with established governance and release management processes
