We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 8+ years of hands-on expertise in designing, customizing, and scaling Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. The role requires strong Service Cloud and Omni-Channel experience, along with advanced Apex, LWC, and integration skills. The ideal candidate demonstrates technical depth, collaboration, and the ability to translate business requirements into high-quality Salesforce solutions. Position open only for Costa Rica, Mexico, Guatemala, and Honduras.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and secure Salesforce solutions. Customize and configure Service Cloud, including case, Contract management, knowledge base, and console with best practices.
