Must have

  • Experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting Salesforce CRM, ideally across Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
  • Strong capability in gathering, documenting, and shaping requirements, along with confident stakeholder engagement.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce platform features such as objects, workflows, and reporting.
  • Experience converting business needs into user stories and functional specifications.
  • Understanding of Agile delivery practices and related tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to carry out impact assessments and help evaluate solution options.
  • Strong analytical thinking and effective problem‑solving skills.
  • Clear communication with both business and technical audiences.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience.
