Must have
- Experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting Salesforce CRM, ideally across Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Strong capability in gathering, documenting, and shaping requirements, along with confident stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform features such as objects, workflows, and reporting.
- Experience converting business needs into user stories and functional specifications.
- Understanding of Agile delivery practices and related tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Ability to carry out impact assessments and help evaluate solution options.
- Strong analytical thinking and effective problem‑solving skills.
- Clear communication with both business and technical audiences.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- A degree or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of relevant experience.
