Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ & Billing Lead with strong techno-functional expertise and hands-on production support experience.
This role will drive end-to-end implementations across Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Cloud, while also owning post-go-live stability, enhancements, and ongoing support. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in subscription billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition within enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities Lead design, configuration, and deployment of Salesforce CPQ and Billing solutions.
Own complex pricing, quoting, billing rules, invoicing, and revenue schedules.
Manage production support, troubleshoot critical issues, and drive root cause resolution.
