- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a similar technical domain.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Self‑directed and self‑motivated.
- Ability to build consensus with others and work independently to complete tasks on time.
- 2+ years of prior experience with the Salesforce software ecosystem, including Lightning, Apex, Integrations, and Visual Force.
- Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer certifications.
- Experience in the Finance or FinTech industry is a plus.
- Experience/knowledge of Java programming.
- Experience with data modeling.
- Experience with process modeling tools and best practices.
- Exposure to ETL tools.
- Mandatory Skills: Salesforce App Building.
- Experience: 5-8 years.
