Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Communications Cloud Solution Designer with strong expertise in Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC) and Enterprise Sales Management (ESM) within Telecom BSS environments.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in telecom product catalog design, pricing management, quote-to-order processes, and product lifecycle management for both B2B and B2C customer journeys, particularly in Fiber and Postpaid telecom domains.
