Responsibilities
Serve as the primary administrator for the DealHub platform, including setup, configuration, user permissions, and maintenance.
Manage playbooks, approval workflows, and templates within DealHub.
Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues.
Troubleshoot user issues and act as the liaison with DealHub support when needed.
Ensure data flows smoothly between DealHub, CRM, ERP, and other sales tools.
Document system processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
