Description
The Agency Regions and Sector Capacity and Performance (SCP) portfolios manage and allocate a considerable amount of healthcare resources, including funding, to various HSPs (Health Service Providers) and organizations such as hospitals, community providers, and long‑term care facilities.
The role will be responsible for interfacing with the Agency Regions and Sector Capacity and Performance (SCP) business teams to complete analysis and develop the appropriate business requirements for the Funding Management System (FMS) project which is currently underway with a vendor leveraging the Salesforce CRM Grants Module. This role will be key in advising the business teams and collaboratively working with our vendor to ensure business needs are understood by the technical implementation team in an effort to build the appropriate system functionality.
