We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect with 5+ years of Salesforce experience. The role involves both development and configuration , including building solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) and creating automations using Flows and other Salesforce configuration tools.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud , including case management, chat, and customer service processes , and be comfortable working with data integrations between Salesforce and other systems. Multiple Salesforce certifications are preferred. Experience with Agentforce is a plus.
