Role Overview

We’re building the next generation of AI‑powered experiences on our Salesforce platform at Planet, and we’re looking for an engineer who is excited to help shape it. Our environment is already live with Agentforce, and we want someone to help us extend it — building new agents, refining what’s there, and finding smart ways to embed AI into our sales, service, and operational processes.

What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy Agentforce agents — working with Agent Builder, topics, and actions backed by Flow, Apex, or prompt templates.
• Develop AI‑grounded features using tools like the Einstein Trust Layer, Prompt Builder, Einstein Studio, and Data Cloud.
• Bring AI into our existing Salesforce estate — Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and the workflows our business depends on day‑to‑day.
