What You'll Do
Work on simple, medium, complex incidents and also work on JIRA user stories.
Work with the India Offshore team on issues where the team is struggling, host scrum calls as the scrum master, host sprint planning calls, and provide guidance to the team on Salesforce issues.
Also responsible for coordinating with the team and client, and for attending client calls on any major issues to provide necessary solutions.
