What you’ll do
- Work on simple, medium, complex incidents and also work on JIRA user stories.
- Work with the India Offshore team on issues where team is struggling, host scrum call as the scrum master, hosts sprint planning calls, provide guidance to team on Salesforce issues.
- Also responsible for coordinating with team and client as well as responsible for attending calls with client on any major issues and provide necessary solution.
