About The Team/role
This Salesforce Administrator role sits within Corporate Engineering, reporting directly to the Director of Revenue and Customer Systems.
Our team focuses on maximizing the productivity and efficiency of the entire Revenue and Support organization by owning the architecture, design, build, and maintenance of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
The role is a hybrid position based out of our Santiago, Chile office.
What You'll Do
- Manage end‑to‑end onboarding and offboarding, ensuring correct permissions across Salesforce and integrated tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Monitor internal help channels to triage incoming Jira tickets, resolving technical issues or routing cases appropriately.
- Maintain a clean CRM by merging duplicate records and performing periodic audits for data accuracy and compliance.
