Job Description
- Coordinate training processes and projects (delivery and tracking) primarily for IFT personnel aligned with Managers and brand/training strategy focusing on product and sales knowledge.
- Obtain needs in the field to create and update skills processes with people in the field.
- Administrate Abbvie Learning platforms (ALC, Abbvie Campus) and training innovative tools, including uploading of online courses for all affiliates and sales force tracking.
- Generate continuous training reports.
- Work within AbbVie’s business code of conduct, policies and all applicable laws and regulations.
- Lead custom projects including coordination, preparation of files, and evaluation of proofs and print aligned with Training Managers.
- Coordinate the delivery of Sales Force training needs diagnosis in TAs Knowledge (by brand) that will support brand plans execution.
