Sales Training Lead: Develop & Elevate Team Performance

SMDC is seeking a Training Supervisor to lead and execute sales training programs aimed at enhancing the performance and capability of sales teams. This role includes overseeing the design, delivery, and evaluation of training materials and ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years' experience in training or sales, preferably in real estate, alongside strong leadership and analytical skills.
