Essential Tasks

• Sales & Quotation Support: Receive and manage incoming requests for quotations (RFQs) from customers and sales.
• Prepare and process quotations accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, or management to gather pricing and technical details.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations, opportunities, and customers.
• Assist outside sales representatives with account support and monitoring quote pipelines to ensure opportunities progress through the sales hub.

Spot & CRM Management

• Maintain accurate customer, contact, deal, and activity records.
