We are looking for a highly motivated and organized professional who can lead and support our lead generation team while helping us build a strong and consistent sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales and lead generators to produce quality sales opportunities for the company;
- Monitor team performance, attendance, and productivity to ensure sales quotas and KPIs are achieved;
- Provide the team with call data, reports, insights to support their performance;
- Track, manage, and maintain the sales opportunities throughout the pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions;
- Assist with sales reporting, data management, and day-to-day sales operations;
