Role Purpose

Act as a hands-on sales leader who personally performs outbound sales activities while designing, implementing, and optimizing sales processes, tools, and strategies. Be fully responsible for Sales department growth, performance, and scalability, transitioning from individual contributor to team leader as the department expands.
