What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in managing and driving field sales teams

Hands-on experience working with and managing Channel Partners (CPs) – Mandatory

Strong knowledge of the local real estate ecosystem and market dynamics

Comfortable with field engagements, broker interactions, and site visits

Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and team-building capabilities

Language Requirements:
